Gardner Financial Services, Ltd. dba Legacy Mutual Mortgage is a full service mortgage banking company in Texas with two offices in San Antonio employing approximately 70 people and a new office  in New Braunfels which currently employs 4 people.

The company is an approved HUD Lender and a member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.  We've been in business since April 2005 as a full service mortgage banking company originating, underwriting and closing conventional, FHA, VA, Texas Vet and USDA mortgage loans.  We also originate single family construction loans and 2nd lien loans.

According to warranty deed recordings for the first half of 2010, Gardner Financial Services is the 3rd largest lender in Bexar County behind USAA and SWBC Mortgage Corp.  In 2009, Gardner Financial was the largest FHA lender in Bexar county.

We provide specific sales training for our loan officers which helps them develop their sales skills and increase their opportunities.  We have a strong sales team concept made up of both sales and support staff.  This team concept has helped some loan officers increase their sales by 30% to 40%.
